We are extremely excited to share the news that we have secured a school link with a Primary school in Maidenhead; this will allow both staff and children to enrich their understanding about multi-cultural Britain and deepen their geographical understanding of a contrasting locality.
Mrs Walker visited Riverside before Christmas and planned many exciting opportunities with Mr Daniels, the Headteacher at Riverside. On a personal note, Mrs Walker’s daughter, Miss Walker, is a Year 6 teacher at the school and this has created a natural link for both schools.
Our Head & Deputy pupils have already written to their Head students and have received a reply – these are displayed on our School Link display board within the Hall foyer.
We are excited to move forward and will share more exciting opportunities with you.
